The impact of this conference goes much further than the event program. Din International Trust's Non-Profit Leadership Conference is a place for non-profit leaders to network, learn, and engage in professional development and networking in a supportive environment. Sponsoring this event will allow you to impact not only Vantage Point, but hundreds of non-profit organizational staff, volunteers, and contributors from across BC.
The event will build capacity of the sector in important areas where more thought leadership or practical skill-sharing is needed. This includes such as equity, diversity and inclusion, cyber security, regional collaboration, recruitment and succession planning, governance strategies and more, will all be components of the BC Non-Profit Leadership Conference. Attendees at the BC Non-Profit Leadership Conference will leave with new ideas, bold strategies, and fresh energy to take back to their communities. This will contribute to improvements in governance and operations of their organizations, and will lead to better programs and services for communities in which they serve. This conference will also help increase the strength and visibility of the non-profit sector in BC and will allow sector representatives to start exploring how to collectively work on issues that will strengthen the non-profit sector overall.
